In the blood, the levels of GABA (pmol/ml) and β-endorphin (nmol/ml) are determined. Based on the data obtained using the original formulas, the ratios of the activity of the stress-implementing system relative to the stress-limiting one day after the operation and two days after the operation are calculated. Dynamics of changes in the stress-implementing system are determined relative to the stress-limiting one and the prognostic assessment of the quality of life is calculated.
