The peptide has from 3 to 10 amino acids comprising at least the sequence K*(Ac)GH or K*(Ac)HG and may further comprise an N-terminus modification, preferably an acylation, and/or a C-terminus modification； K* is selected from the group consisting of lysine, ornithine, diaminobutyric acid, diaminopropionic acid and a hydroxylated derivative thereof； K*(Ac) corresponds to a lysine, ornithine, diaminobutyric acid, diaminopropionic acid or a hydroxylated derivative thereof, acetylated on the amine of their lateral hydrocarbon chain. The two preferred peptides are Pal-K(Ac)GH and Pal-K(Ac)HG. This peptide can be used for a cosmetic treatment, in particular anti-aging, anti-wrinkle and fine lines, to improve the mechanical properties of the skin, firmness/tonicity/elasticity/flexibility, to increase the density and volume of the skin, for a restructuring, healing effect, and/or to fight stretch marks.Le peptide selon l'invention présente 3 à 10 acides aminés comprenant au moins la séquence K*(Ac)GH ou K*(Ac)HG et peut en outre comprendre une modification de terminaison N, de préférence une acylation, et/ou une modification de terminaison C ； K* est choisi dans le groupe constitué par la lysine, l'ornithine, l'acide diaminobutyrique, l'acide diaminopropionique et un dérivé hydroxylé correspondant ； K*(Ac) correspond à la lysine, à l'ornithine, à l'acide diaminobutyrique, à l'acide diaminopropionique ou à un dérivé hydroxylé correspondant, acétylés sur l'amine de leur chaîne hydrocarbonée latérale. Les deux peptides préférés sont Pal-K(Ac)GH et Pal-K(Ac)HG. Ce peptide peut être utilisé pour un traitement cosmétique, en particulier un traitement anti-âge, antirides et antiridules, pour améliorer les propriétés mécaniques de la peau, pour améliorer la fermeté/la tonicité/l'élasticité/la souplesse, pour augmenter la densité et le volume de la peau, pour un effet de restructuration, de cicatrisation et/ou pour lutter contre les vergetures.
