<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guidewire delivery instrument and a guidewire insertion instrument which are operated easily and credibly while inserting a guidewire. <；P>；SOLUTION: The guidewire delivery instrument 3 comprises a guidewire housing section 5 formed by winding a flexible tube 51 in a loop shape for housing a guidewire 2 within the tube 51, a delivery section 8 for delivering the guidewire 2 housed within the guidewire housing section 5, an introduction section 7 arranged separately from the delivery section 8 for receiving the guidewire 2 delivered from the delivery section 8 to deliver the guidewire 2, and a connection section 9 connecting the delivery section 8 and the introduction section 7.
