PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an upper half of the body or buttocks of a person requiring care from being inclined and to keep the right posture without holding the person requiring care with a belt.SOLUTION: The stretcher 1 includes: a leg part reception part 3 for supporting leg parts a buttocks reception part 4 for supporting buttocks and a backrest part 5 for supporting the upper half of the body. A first recessed part 13 and a second recessed part 14 are respectively formed in the buttocks reception part 4 and the backrest part 5. A mat for covering the surface of the stretcher 1 is provided to form air layers in gaps, between the mat and the first recessed part 13 and between the mat and the second recessed part 14. By fitting the buttocks and the back of the person requiring care with the first recessed part 13 and the second recessed part 14 via the mat, the right posture of the person requiring care is kept by the stretcher 1.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベルトで要介助者を抑えることなく、要介助者の上半身や臀部が傾いたりするのを防止して、正しい姿勢に保持できる。【解決手段】担架1は、脚部を支持する脚部受け部3と臀部を支持する臀部受け部4と上半身を支持する背もたれ部5とを備え、臀部受け部4と背もたれ部5とに第一凹部13と第二凹部14をそれぞれ形成した。担架1の表面を被覆するマットを設け、マットと第一凹部13、第二凹部14との間隙に空気層を形成した。第一凹部13と第二凹部14にマットを介して要介助者の臀部や背中を嵌合させることで、担架1で要介助者を正しい姿勢に保持する。【選択図】図1
