The invention relates to a transtracheal ventilation device (1) comprising at least one base plate (10) with an opening (9) and comprising a tubular connecting part (2) with a channel (18) and a central axis (7). The base plate (10) and the connecting part (2) are connected to each other such that a lumen (5) extends into the channel (18) through the opening (9) along the central axis (7) to a fixing element (12), by means of which the lumen (5) can be connected to the connecting part (2).
