A retractor, comprising a first component (101), a second component (201), and an introducer (301). The first component (101) and second component (201) can close to form a closed space, forming a cylindrical shape open at the top and bottom ends. The side walls of the introducer (301) close to form a cylindrical shape open at the top and bottom ends. The introducer (301) can be inserted and withdrawn from within the retractor. The first component (101) and second component (201) can be opened to a predetermined position and locked. When using said retractor to perform surgery, a surgeon can determine surgical positioning and adjust surgical angles, thus preventing the surgical instrument from deviating during use and accidentally harming surrounding tissue. La paroi latérale du guide (301) se ferme afin de former une ouverture cylindrique à deux extrémités supérieure et inférieure. On peut insérer et retirer le guide (301) de lécarteur. Les première et seconde pièces (101, 201) peuvent souvrir jusquà atteindre une position prédéterminée et assurer le verrouillage. Lors dune opération chirurgicale, cet écarteur permet de maintenir une position spécifique et de régler langle de la partie à opérer, et ce, afin déviter que la déviation des instruments chirurgicaux ou des lésions accidentelles. Linvention concerne également un manchon de protection à utiliser avec lécarteur.
