The present invention relates to an electrical stimulation device for a cervical spine correcting a cervical spine and treating a pain with electrical stimulation and LED. The present invention includes: a cervical spine support unit in which light emitting diodes (LED) are configured to have a convex structure on a side cross-section； side support units in which a gel-type support cushion, a stimulus electrode, and an electrical strength measuring sensor are configured to have an upwardly and convexly protruding structure on both side surfaces of the cervical spine support unit； a head support unit that is downwardly inclined to a back surface of the cervical spine support unit and has an inverse arch shape on the back surface； and a control unit that supplies power to and controls the LED and the stimulus electrode. The cervical spine support unit and both of the side support units have an inverse arch shape in a front surface and a front cross-section so as to be in contact with a back surface of a neck and back and side surfaces of an occipital and fix the neck. Accordingly, the cervical spine of a user is corrected in a state where a normal C curve is formed. Also, the LED that has 630 nm wavelength and 830 nm wavelength performs cell regeneration, wrinkle removal, aging prevention, anti-inflammatory activities, pain treatment and cellulite treatment.
