The present invention relates to an ultrasound imaging assistant system for navigation of a medical device and, more specifically, to an ultrasound imaging assistant system for navigation of a medical device which generates a virtual image of the medical device used in a medical operation using ultrasound devices and implements the generated image with an ultrasound image, such that a correct treatment is facilitated and the medical device is moved and guided accurately along an evading route evading a tissue to be evaded toward a target position, even when the tissue to be evaded exists. The system according to the present invention is characterized in comprising: an ultrasound device including an ultrasound probe and a monitor to be used in medical operations； a probe fixing device connected to the ultrasound device for fixing the ultrasound probe； a position measuring unit connected to the probe fixing device for measuring a position of the medical device used in the operation in real time； an image generating unit for generating a virtual image of the medical device by using the position information measured at the position measuring unit； and an augmented reality unit for overlapping the virtual image generated at the image generating unit with the ultrasound image and displaying the overlapped image on a monitor.본 발명은 의료기기의 네비게이션을 위한 초음파 영상 보조 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 초음파 기기를 이용한 시술시 사용되는 의료기기의 가상 이미지를 생성하여 초음파 영상과 연동하여 실시간으로 구현할 수 있도록 함으로써 보다 정확한 술기가 가능해지도록 함은 물론, 의료기기가 목표부위에 도달하기 위하여 회피해야할 조직이 있는 경우에도 회피가 가능한 루트를 통해 의료기기를 정확히 이동시킬 수 있도록 하는 의료기기의 네비게이션을 위한 초음파 영상 보조 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 초음파 탐촉자 및 모니터가 구비되어 의료용 시술에 사용되는 초음파 기기와, 상기 초음파 기기에 연결 설치되어 초음파 탐촉자를 고정시키는 탐촉자 고정장치와, 상기 탐촉자 고정장치에 연결 설치되어 시술에 사용되는 의료기기의 위치를 실시간으로 측정하는 위치 측정부와, 상기 위치 측정부에서 측정된 의료기기의 위치 정보를 이용하여 의료기기의 가상 이미지를 생성하는 이미지 생성부 및 상기 이미지 생성부에서 생성된 가상 이미지를 초음파 영상에 중첩시켜 모니터에 현시하는 증강 현실부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
