According to the present invention, a width-adjustable desk used for a wheelchair comprises: an upper plate (10) arm rest fixation units (30) which are joined, to be able to move in left and right directions, on both lateral sides of the upper plate (10) elbow support units (40) which are joined to the arm rest fixation units (30) and a width adjustment screw (50) which is arranged in a width direction under the upper plate (10) and enables the arm rest fixation units (30) to move in left and right directions. The arm rest fixation unit (30) comprises: a sliding block (31) in the shape of &primeㄷ&prime which can move along a lower portion of the upper plate (10) in accordance with the width adjustment screw (50) and a joining plate (35) which is joined to be able to vertically move the sliding block and is joined to be able to be fixated to the wheelchair. The width adjustment screw (50) is joined, to be able to rotate, on a screw mounting unit (15) formed on the lower portion of the upper plate (10).
