A massaging device comprises a main rod, a first grip and a second grip. The main rod has an inner tube and an outer cylinder, the outer cylinder being a hollow cylinder to be sleevingly arranged on the outer periphery of the inner tube. The outer peripheral surface of the inner tube near one end has at least a second perforation radially penetrating the inner and the outer sides thereof. The first grip is coupled to one end of the inner tube of the main rod. The second grip has a second grip sleeve and a second plate spring, wherein the second grip sleeve is sleevingly arranged on the other end of the inner tube of the main rod； the second plate spring has an outwardly expanding resilience； and the second plate spring has at least one second coupling post. The second plate spring is disposed in the inner tube and uses the resilience pushing the second coupling post to protrude out of the second perforation, so as to limit the second grip sleeve on the inner tube of the main rod and make the outer cylinder positioned between the first grip and the second grip.
