PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood glucose measuring apparatus capable of measuring a blood glucose level without requiring fine optical axis adjustment between a light-emitting element and a light receiving element and without being restricted to the position of a blood vessel of the user.SOLUTION: The blood glucose measuring apparatus comprises: a lens substrate on which a plurality of lenses 1 each having a salient on one surface of a transparent plastic plate and having a flat shape on the other surface are integrally molded; a plurality of light-emitting elements 2 sequentially emitting a light beam of a specific wavelength having high absorption rate according to a blood glucose level, and transmitting the beam through the corresponding lens; a plurality of light receiving elements 3 formed corresponding to each of the plurality of lenses 1, receiving a beam of a wavelength transmitting through the lens and converging in a region defined by an inner edge and an outer edge outside the inner edge of the light-emitting element 2, and generating an electric signal indicating an intensity value of the beam; and an arithmetic circuit 301 calculating data of a blood glucose level of an object close to one surface of the lens substrate.
