PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic CT apparatus capable of reducing an impact of a medium overflowing from a water tank on a periphery of the water tank.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic CT apparatus includes a first water tank into which a subject is inserted, and which is filled with a medium that transmits an ultrasonic wave, a ring array for irradiation with an ultrasonic wave while moving on an external surface of the first water tank, and detecting the ultrasonic wave from the subject, and a signal processing unit for generating a tomographic image of the subject on the basis of a signal acquired by the ring array.
