A disinfection device for a livestock barn of the present invention comprises a box shaped case having an opened and closed lid and accommodating medicine container, hot water container, and cold water container storing disinfectant, hot water, and cold water respectively； a spray pipe installed on a ceiling having a predetermined distance with the case, and moving a medicine through an internal opening, but having at least one spray nozzle according to the length at the bottom； a circulation pipe connected to the spray pipe from the medicine container and cold water container respectively and inlet to the hot water container and cold water container respectively by a main pump to supply a medicine mixing the disinfectant and cold water to the spray pipe or recover to the cold water container by pumping； a hot water pipe inlet to the circulation pipe from the hot water container to be bypassed through an auxiliary pump to supply the hot water to the circulation pipe to supply to spray pipe or recover to the hot water container by pumping； and a controller operating only the main pump when the inner temperature of the livestock barn is over zero, and operating the main pump and then the auxiliary pump when the temperature is sub-zero to prevent freezing inside the circulation pipe and the spray pipe, wherein the spray pipe have an angle adjusting means composed of a motor and links.
