PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental bleaching agent with accelerated bleaching activity and a dental bleaching method using it.SOLUTION: The dental bleaching system comprises a bleaching component and a neutralizing component giving a mixed composition having a desired bleaching activity and a gelling property when mixed together. The bleaching composition contains about 3-95 wt.% concentration retative to the component of the bleaching composition of an aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution or the like. The neutralizing composition contains a granular strong base mixed with a polymer thickening agent substantially free from water before formation of the mixed composition to prevent destruction of the gelling property of the polymer thickening agent caused by the base. The granular base may contain an oxide, hydroxide or carbonate of alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal. Stability of the bleaching agent and the gelling (thickening) agent can be improved during storage and transportation by maintaining the bleaching agent and the neutralizing agent as separate components.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】漂白活性を加速した歯科用漂白剤およびそれを用いた歯の漂白方法を提供する。【解決手段】漂白成分と中和成分とを含み、ともに混合した際に所望の漂白活性とゲル特性を有する混合組成物を生じる歯科用漂白系。漂白組成物は、漂白組成物の成分の約3重量%から約95重量%の濃度で過酸化水素水のような適当な漂白剤を含む。中和組成物は重合体増粘剤と混合された粒子状の強い塩基を含む。中和組成物は、混合組成物の形成前は、塩基による重合体増粘剤のゲル化能の破壊を防ぐために実質的に水を含まない。粒子状塩基はアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属の酸化物、水酸化物または炭酸塩を含むことができる。別々の成分として漂白剤と中和剤を維持することで、保存および輸送の間に漂白剤とゲル化(増粘)剤両方の安定性を高めることができる。【選択図】なし
