PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling member washing device which occupies a smaller floor area relative to prior ones.SOLUTION: A seedling member washing device comprises: a stock area 2； a waiting area 3； a washing area 5； and lateral transport means 6. The stock area 2 comprises: vertical posture maintaining means for holding a plurality of seedling members in a vertical posture and in a state in which projection surfaces of front/rear surfaces of adjacent seedling members are overlapped； and feeding means for moving the seedling members forward in a direction facing front/rear sides in a state of maintaining the vertical posture and feeding the seedling members. The waiting area 3 is adjacent to the stock area 2 and receives the seedling members fed from the stock area 2 while maintaining the vertical posture thereof. The washing area 5 has washing water injection means, the lateral transport means 6 moves the seedling members in the waiting area 3 to a side part while maintaining the vertical posture and introduces the seedling member into the washing area 5, and makes the seedling members to pass in front of the washing water injection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】専有する床面積が従来よりも小さい育苗部材洗浄装置を開発することを課題とするものである。【解決手段】ストックエリア２と待機エリア３と洗浄エリア５と横送り手段６を有する。ストックエリア２には、複数の育苗部材を、縦姿勢であって隣接する育苗部材の表裏面の投影面が重なる状態に保持する縦姿勢維持手段と、育苗部材を縦姿勢を維持した状態で表裏に面する方向に前進させて送り出す送り出し手段がある。待機エリア３はストックエリア２に隣接し、ストックエリア２から送り出された育苗部材を縦姿勢を維持したままで受け入れる領域である。洗浄エリア５は洗浄水噴射手段を有し、前記横送り手段６は、待機エリア３の育苗部材を縦姿勢を維持した状態で側方側に移動して洗浄エリア５に導入し、洗浄水噴射手段の前を通過させる。【選択図】図１
