The present invention relates to a process for the cosmetic treatment of keratin materials, in particular keratin fibres, in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair, comprising a step of applying, to said keratin materials, a composition comprising an aqueous dispersion of particles of polyurethane and/or of acrylic polymer, a silicone compound, a clay, and a colorant, followed by a rinsing step. The present invention also relates to the use of said process for improving the cosmetic properties, in particular the feel and/or the softness, of keratin fibres, in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair.La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement cosmétique des matières kératiniques, en particulier des fibres kératiniques, en particulier des fibres kératiniques humaines telles que les cheveux, comprenant une étape d'application, sur lesdites matières kératiniques, d'une composition comprenant une dispersion aqueuse de particules de polyuréthane et/ou de polymère acrylique, un composé de silicone, une argile et un colorant, suivie d'une étape de rinçage. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation dudit procédé pour améliorer les propriétés cosmétiques, en particulier la sensation au toucher et/ou la souplesse, des fibres kératiniques, en particulier des fibres kératiniques humaines comme les cheveux.
