2-step artificial insemination instrument for injection intra uterus after connection with straws loaded bovine germ cells and filled increment pregnancy materials
PURPOSE: A two-step artificial insemination instrument is provided to facilitate operation thereof and to improve pregnancy rate of cows. CONSTITUTION: A two-step artificial insemination instrument comprises: an outer tube unit which is formed in order to mount first and second straws and a sheath pipe； a spiral sheath pipe fixing unit(113) which is fixed in order to prevent the separation of the sheath pipe； a circular outer tube pressure plate which keeps the sheath pipe fixing unit； an inner tube unit which prevents the straw from being separated outside and induces an inner core； a linear inner core(120)； and a fixed type pressure plate(130).본 발명은 암소의 생식기내에 생식세포와 임신증진 및 번식기능의 향상을 목적으로 하는 특정한 물질을 동시동작으로 주입하기 위한 기구의 개발에 관한 것으로, 더 구체적으로 본 발명은 인공수정 또는 수정란 이식 시에 정액 및 수정란이 봉입된 스트로우와, 또한 임신증진 또는 자궁내 착상유도의 목적을 위하여 interferons(IFN), insulin-like growth factors(IGF), metallo-metrix protenase(MMP), transforming growth factors(TGF), 성 호르몬 등이 별도로 봉입된 각각의 스트로우를 1개의 인공수정기에 동시에 장착하여 1회의 정액주입 또는 수정란이식을 실시할 수 있는 인공수정기구의 발명과 이를 활용하는 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명은 1회의 시술방법에 의해 소의 자궁내에 생식세포와 임신증진물질이 동시동작으로 주입됨으로써 시술의 간편성과 임신율을 유의적 증가시킬 수 있다.
