The present invention relates to a surgical multichannel suctioning and washing pipe for preventing tissue of intestines from being damaged by blocking a phenomenon in which a part of an organ in an abdominal cavity is suctioned to a suctioning path or a small path of the suctioning and washing pipe when contaminated water is suctioned during a celoscope operation. The surgical multichannel suctioning and washing pipe comprises: a suctioning and washing pipe inserted in an operated intestine, supplying water, and suctioning contaminated water a washing water pipe installed on a wall surface of an inner diameter path of the suctioning and washing pipe, and having induction holes dividedly disposed to supply washing water to an operation region and a water discharge hole punched in a front end position of the suctioning and washing pipe, and connected with the induction holes of the washing water pipe. The surgical multichannel suctioning and washing pipe further comprises a guide pipe wrapped on the outer diameter of the surgical multichannel suctioning and washing pipe when being inserted in an intestine, and separated from the outer diameter of the surgical multichannel suctioning and washing pipe when reaching an operation region.
