A method of producing a tablet in which an uncoated tablet is coated by a coating agent, the method including: a coating process of coating uncoated tablets with a coating agent by spray coating the coating agent onto tablets that are churned and tumbled inside a container, and drying the tablets inside the container by supplying drying air into the container and exhausting air from the container, wherein spray coating conditions, including air supply temperature, air supply rate, and spray speed, are controlled according to the weight of the coating agent with which the uncoated tablets are coated, such that the humidity of air exhausted during spray coating is within a range of from 14% RH to 30% RH.소정(素錠)이 코팅제로 피복된 정제의 제조 방법으로서, 용기 내에서 교반·유동되는 정제에 코팅제를 분무 도포함과 함께, 건조 공기를 용기 내에 급기함과 함께 용기로부터의 배기를 행하여 용기 내의 정제를 건조하여, 소정을 코팅제로 피복하는 피복 공정에 있어서, 분무 도포 중의 배기 습도가 14%RH 이상이며 또한 30%RH 이하의 범위가 되도록, 소정에 피복되는 코팅제의 중량에 따라, 급기 온도, 급기 풍량, 및 분무 속도를 포함하는 분무 도포 조건을 제어한다.
