The coaxial bore passing entirely through the first locking member includes a bore axis and an internal thread provided in at least a portion of the bore. The locking device also includes a second locking member 7 having a first end 71, a second end 72, and an outer surface with an external thread in at least a portion thereof which cooperates with the internal thread provided at the bore of the first locking member.
