PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water feeding pump-less hydrogen water manufacturing apparatus and a hydrogen water manufacturing method capable of securing silence without using pressurizing means such as a compressor and a pump when dissolving hydrogen into water.SOLUTION: A hydrogen water manufacturing method for manufacturing drinking hydrogen water by using a pressurizing dissolution tank which pressurizes and retains hydrogen gas and water in a gas-liquid two-phase state is provided. The hydrogen water manufacturing method includes: a process of supplying water into the pressurizing dissolution tank and turning the pressurizing dissolution tank into a closed space; a process of electrolyzing water by a hydrogen supply mechanism provided with an electrodialysis part, preparing hydrogen gas, thereafter, pressurizing and supplying hydrogen into an inner part of the pressurizing dissolution tank and pressurizing the closed space; and a process of discharging water on an inner part of the pressurizing dissolution tank to an outer part by an inner pressure of the pressurizing dissolution tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】水素を水に溶解させる際にコンプレッサやポンプ等の加圧手段を用いることなく、静粛性を確保できる送水ポンプレス水素水製造装置及び水素水製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】水素ガス及び水を気液二相状態で加圧保持する加圧溶解タンクを用いて飲料用水素水を製造する水素水製造方法である。加圧溶解タンク内に水を供給し加圧溶解タンクを閉空間とする工程と、電気分解部を備える水素供給機構によって水を電気分解して水素ガスを生成した後、加圧溶解タンクの内部に加圧供給して閉空間を加圧する工程と、加圧溶解タンクの内部圧力によって加圧溶解タンクの内部の水を外部に吐出させる工程と、を含むことを特徴とする。【選択図】図5
