PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic liquid seasoning which hardly causes odor of fish sauce, even though including fish sauce blended therein.SOLUTION: Seafoods are salted and then fermented with microbes to produce a fish sauce, which is mixed with a garlic oil.
