In embodiments the highly hydrophobic coating comprises hydrophobic silica particles are disposed on a hydrophobic coating disposed on the first side, for example with a hydrophobic coating comprises that a fluorocarbon compound, a polypropylene wax, a polyethylene wax, or a mixture thereof.
