PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a germicidal disinfectant solution capable of effectively exhibiting a germicidal disinfectant effect by preventing adsorption on a base cloth and to provide a germicidal disinfectant composed of a base cloth soaked with the germicidal disinfectant.SOLUTION: The germicidal disinfectant solution used by being carried by a base cloth constituted from a fibrous material is a germicidal disinfectant solution containing a positively charged germicidal disinfectant component, at least one amino acid selected from among lysine, arginine, histidine, and hydrochlorides thereof and a nonionic surfactant, and having a pH adjusted to 4-9 is provided.
