An offloading and reduced-pressure treatment system (100) includes anoffloading and reduced-pressure treatmentdevice (102), which has a plantar member (104) formed from an offloadingmanifold material. The offloading and reduced-pressuretreatment system further includes a reduced-pressure interface (150) fluidlycoupled to the pressure-transmitting layer of theplantar member, a reduced-pressure source (154), and a reduced-pressuredelivery conduit (152) fluidly coupled to the reduced-pressuresource and to the offloading and reduced-pressure treatment device. Theoffloading manifold material includes a firstbarrier layer, a support layer (128), a pressure- transmitting layer and asecond barrier layer. The offloading and reduced-pressuretreatment device may also have a dorsal member (106) and a bridge member(108). Methods are also presented.
