The present invention relates to a preparation method of flavonoid-based phenol compounds with enhanced antioxidant, lightening, and antibacterial activity by a low temperature atmospheric pressure plasma treatment. The present invention can improve a physiological functionality of vegetable flavonoid-based phenol compounds by using the plasma treatment. Therefore, the flavonoid-based phenol compounds with enhanced physiological functionality can be used for functional foods having antioxidant and lightening capabilities； a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of disease generated by an oxidation process of active oxygen； and the manufacture of an antibacterial product and a cosmetic product.본 발명은 플라보노이드계 페놀화합물에 저온 대기압 플라즈마를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항산화, 미백 또는 항균 활성이 증가된 플라보노이드계 페놀화합물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 플라즈마 처리 기술을 이용하여 식물성 플라보노이드계 페놀화합물의 생리기능성을 증가시킬 수 있다. 따라서 생리기능성이 향상된 본 발명의 플라보노이드계 페놀화합물은 항산화 및 미백 효과를 갖는 기능성 식품 뿐만 아니라, 활성산소 등의 산화작용에 의해 발생하는 질병에 대한 예방 및 치료용 약학 조성물에도 사용될 수 있으며, 항균제품 및 화장품의 제조에도 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
