PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the dissolved oxygen concentration of makeup water supplied to a medium by preventing the harmful effects due to bactericide.SOLUTION: Hydrogen peroxide water is added into makeup water which is supplied to a culture medium 4, the makeup water added with hydrogen peroxide water is brought into contact with manganese oxide, and catalytic action of manganese oxide decomposes hydrogen peroxide contained in the makeup water into water and oxygen to be supplied into the culture medium 4.EFFECT: Increasing the concentration of dissolved oxygen in the makeup water supplied to the culture medium can grow plants in more preferable growth environments, while achieving safety work environment by preventing harmful effects due to bactericide such as chlorine and ozone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】殺菌剤による弊害を阻止して、培地に供給する補給水の溶存酸素濃度を高くする。【解決手段】培地4に供給する補給水に過酸化水素水を添加し、過酸化水素水の添加した補給水を酸化マンガンに接触させて、酸化マンガンの触媒作用で、補給水に含まれる過酸化水素を水と酸素に分解して培地4に供給する。【効果】塩素やオゾンなどの殺菌剤による弊害を防止して安全な作業環境を実現しながら、培地に供給する補給水の溶存酸素濃度を向上して植物をより好ましい生育環境で生育できる。【選択図】図1
