The present invention relates to a skin analysis apparatus and a skin analysis method. More specifically, the skin analysis apparatus includes: a body part including a cylindrical or polygonal side barrier having open upper and lower parts and having a predetermined height, an upper barrier for blocking an upper opening part connected to an upper edge part of the side barrier, and a cap part detachably combined with a lower edge part of the side barrier； and a sensing part including at least two among an electric signal sensing part located in the body part to detect the conductivity of skin, a strength sensing part for analyzing the hardness of the skin, and a moisture sensing part for analyzing moisture emitted from the skin. The moisture sensing part is installed in a hollow probe part of a funnel-shaped structure having closed upper and lateral sides and an open lower side.
