The present invention pertains to a novel treatment of renal cell carcinoma and other a solid tumors which harbor a VHL inactivation, based on the combination of a first agent inhibiting a protein kinase CK2 (CK2) and a second agent inhibiting an Ataxia Telangiectasia Mutated (ATM) kinase.La présente invention se rapporte à un nouveau traitement du carcinome à cellules rénales et d'autres tumeurs solides qui hébergent une inactivation du VHL, sur la base de la combinaison d'un premier agent inhibant une protéine kinase CK2 (CK2) et d'un second agent inhibant une kinase mutée par l'ataxie télangiectasie (ATM).
