PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite fabric with a warm cold function formed of a fluid circuit to pass a fluid medium and for use in wrapping a heat source or cooling source, the composite fabric that enhances a sense of fitting to a body and becomes a comfortable temperature even if a constant period of time passes.SOLUTION: A composite fabric 1 includes fabric 4 with a heat-fusible film 3 laminated on one side of a fiber base fabric 2, and is formed by that the side of the heat-fusible film 3 of the fabric 4 is overlapped and a predetermined point is processed under heat fusion. The composite fabric is also formed of a fluid circuit 5 to shut a fluid medium therein.
