PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage capable of securing durability, a rolling bearing, and a dental handpiece.SOLUTION: An annular cage 60 rollably holds a plurality of rolling elements 50, which are arranged between outer and inner rings 31 and 36, in the state of uniformly disposing them in a circumferential direction. The cage 60 includes an annular base part 63, a plurality of claw parts 64 that are provided in the state of axially protruding from the base part 63, a plurality of holding parts 65 that are formed among the claw parts 64 to hold the rolling element 50, and a relief part 70 that is formed in such a manner as to get away from the inner ring 36 serving as a guide ring 10 in the claw part 64.
