The base (10) supports thereon the transmission apparatus (20). The transmission apparatus (20) comprises a motor (23). The motor (23) transmits a gear set (24). The movement apparatus (30) comprises two disks (31), one crossbar element (32), and one swinging seat (33). Two ends of the crossbar element (32) respectively are pivotally connected to ball bearings (34 and 35). The two ball bearings (34 and 35) are eccentrically inserted onto the two disks (31). The crossbar element (32) is fixed to the bottom side of swinging seat (33). The top sides of the last two gears (241) of the gear set (24) and the bottom sides of the two disks (31) respectively are provided with wave-shaped indentations and protrusions (2411 and 311), while two wave-shaped indentations and protrusions (2411 and 311) are fitted with each other. The two disks (31) are limited into upward/downward movements only and prevented from rotating by a shaft rod (22). While working, the transmission apparatus (20) drives the gear set (24) into rotation, thus making the disks (31) to generate lifting/lowering actions.
