The distal end comprises a locking structure for receiving and interlock with a complementary mating surface of a medical implant, wherein the locking structure comprises a first locking surface aligned in a first radial direction to lock rotational movement of the implant, when received in the locking structure, around the longitudinal direction. The wire comprises a pivotable locking portion having an open and a closed position, the locking portion has a locking structure with a recess locking movement of the implant, when received in the locking structure, in the longitudinal direction, when the locking portion is in the closed position.La présente invention concerne un dispositif médical permettant d'administrer et de récupérer un implant médical, comprenant une gaine et un fil possédant une extrémité distale et étant mobile dans une lumière de la gaine dans une direction longitudinale de ladite gaine.
