The present invention relates to processed food to be roasted using an ocher pad and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to processed food to be roasted using an ocher pad which enables a user to easily store and eat a product to be roasted and a method for producing the same, wherein the product to be roasted is wrapped sequentially with paper foil, with the ocher pad in which a particular amount of ocher powder is added, with paper foil again, and with oil paper and is then packed in a vacuum condition by being tightened with a fixing string. Accordingly, the method of the present invention comprises: a first step of preparing frozen products to be roasted in order to be divided for one or more persons; a second step of thawing the products to be roasted for 22 to 26 hours; a third step of salting and aging the products to be roasted for 65 to 75 hours; a fourth step of firstly packing the products to be roasted by wrapping the same with two layers of paper foil so as to protect the meat juice of the products to be roasted, prevent the penetration of ocher water into the products to be roasted, and prevent the products to be roasted from being burnt heat from an oven and the like; a fifth step of secondly packing by wrapping the outer surface of the paper foil with the ocher pad consisting of a hygienic non-woven fabric; a sixth step of thirdly packing by re-wrapping the outer surface of the ocher pad with paper foil and oil paper and by tightening both sides thereof by means of the fixing string formed of cotton yarns; a seventh step of roasting the products to be roasted tightened by means of the fixing string through two techniques which are biscuit firing and complete firing; an eighth step of cooling the roasted products at 0 to 10 for 50 to 70 minutes; and a ninth step of finishing the processed food by cooling and packing each of the roasted products in a vacuum condition.본 발명은 황토 패드를 이용한 구이용 가공식품 제조 방법에 대한 것으로서
