The present invention relates to a liquid composition comprising a liposome loaded with EDTA and vitamin C for oral administration. A user can conveniently take the liquid composition by oral administration, and the liquid composition removes body wastes in blood vessels. A patient who can not administer a solid medicine can easily administer the liquid composition. The liquid composition of the present invention is prepared by the following steps of: (a) preparing an aqueous calcium disodium EDTA solution (1) by dissolving calcium disodium EDTA in purified water, and mixing the resultant product for 20 minutes (b) preparing an aqueous magnesium chloride solution (2) by dissolving magnesium in purified water, and mixing the resultant product for 20 minutes (c) preparing an aqueous vitamin C solution (3) by dissolving ascorbic acid in purified water, and mixing the resultant product for 20 minutes (d) preparing an aqueous lecithin solution (4) by dissolving sunflower lecithin and potassium sorbate in purified water, and mixing the resultant product for 25 minutes and (e) mixing the aqueous calcium disodium EDTA solution (1), the aqueous magnesium chloride solution (2), the aqueous vitamin C solution (3), and the aqueous lecithin solution (4) obtained from the previous steps for 30 minutes, and mixing the same for 20 minutes with an ultrasonic cleaner.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 EDTA와 비타민 C가 봉입된 리포좀을 함유하는 경구투여용 액상조성물에 관한 것으로 간편하게 경구로 복용하여 혈관 내 노폐물을 제거할 수 있고 고형제제를 복용하기 힘든 환자들이 쉽게 복용가능한 효과가 있다.
