PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boxer-shorts type disposable diaper which prevents stains on clothing due to body fluid leakage, corresponds to motion of a leg, and alleviates a tight feeling from a crotch part to a leg peripheral opening.SOLUTION: A boxer-shorts type disposable diaper 100 includes: an exterior body 20 including a front body part 21, a rear body part 22, a crotch part 23, and a pair of right and left leg peripheral cover parts 25 including a pair of right and left leg peripheral openings 24 outwardly in a width direction of the crotch part 23 and an absorbent body 10 arranged in the crotch part 23 inside the exterior body 20. An inner thigh member 33a is arranged in an inner thigh region in an inner periphery of each of the pair of right and left leg peripheral cover parts 25. A length in a peripheral direction of an end of the inner thigh member 33a positioned on the leg peripheral opening 24 side is longer than a length in a peripheral direction of an end positioned on the opposite side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
