Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a mesenchymal stem cell-derived protein having immune response inhibitory activity, the method comprising: a step of extracting proteins from mesenchymal stem cells； and a step of classifying the proteins according to size to obtain a protein having a size of 5kDa to 1,000kDa.
