The subject of the invention is a process for obtaining a protein fraction highly enriched with TGF-beta. in activated form, from a liquid solution rich in so-called soluble proteins of the aqueous phase of the milk and / or whey, said process comprising the following steps: a) adjustment of the purified soluble proteins at a concentration of 5 to 30 g / liter of solution； b) precipitation of a portion of the whey proteins by acid treatment of the solution thus obtained at a pH between 4 and 5.5 and at a temperature between 55 ~ C and 68 ~ C； c) microfiltering the treated solution with diafiltration, in order to obtain respectively a microfiltration retentate and a microfiltrate； d) recovering the microfiltration retentate containing the protein fraction highly enriched in TGF-.beta .； e) drying the microfiltration retentate, diafiltered, in order to obtain a powder highly enriched with TGF-.beta ..L'invention a pour objet un procédé d'obtention d'une fraction protéiquefortement enrichie en TGF-.beta. sous forme activée, à partir d'une solutionliquide riche en protéines dites solubles de la phase aqueuse du lait et/ou dulactosérum, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) ajustement desprotéines solubles purifiées à une concentration de 5 à 30 g/litre desolution； b) précipitation d'une partie des protéines du lactosérum partraitement acide de la solution ainsi obtenue à un pH compris entre 4 et 5,5et à une température comprise entre 55 ~C et 68 ~C； c) microfiltration de lasolution traitée avec diafiltration, afin d'obtenir respectivement un rétentatde microfiltration et un microfiltrat； d) récupération du rétentat demicrofiltration contenant la fraction protéique fortement enrichie en TGF-.beta.； e) séchage du rétentat de microfiltration, diafiltré, afin d'obtenirune poudre fortement enrichie en TGF-.beta..
