A child feeding system includes a spout pouch having a spout and a pouch coupled to the spout and configured to hold a liquid for feeding to a child, a device coupled to the spout of the spout pouch and configured to allow the liquid to flow into or out from the pouch, and a holder having a top and a body, the top having an opening configured to laterally receive and removably secure the spout to the holder when the spout is pushed transversely into the opening, and the body having an interior area configured to receive at least a portion of the pouch.
