PURPOSE: A lighting device for the plant cultivation capable of preventing the access of harmful insects, and a plant cultivator including thereof are provided to effectively cultivate plants. CONSTITUTION: A lighting device for the plant cultivation comprises the following: a growth light emission unit(110) emitting light in the wavelength band influencing the plant growth； and an insect control light emitting unit(120) emitting light in the wavelength band greater than the wavelength band of the growth light emission unit, for preventing the access of harmful insects to plants(300). The growth light and insect control light emitting units include at least one light emitting diode. The lighting device also includes a reflection unit(150), a supporting unit(130), a supporter(140), and a controller for controlling the brightness and the emission range of the light emission units.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 식물 재배용 조명 장치는 식물 생장에 영향을 미치는 파장 대역의 빛을 조사하는 생장발광부； 및 상기 생장발광부의 주변에 배치되어 상기 식물에 해충의 접근을 방지하는 파장 대역의 빛을 조사하며, 상기 생장발광부에 의해 조사되는 범위 이상의 조사 범위를 구비하는 방제발광부；를 포함할 수 있다.
