PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel injectable agent with excellent sustained drug release.SOLUTION: An injectable agent comprises a drug with poor water solubility, a gellan gum, and a solvent. The solvent is a mixture solvent of dimethyl sulfoxide or dimethyl sulfoxide and water.
