PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of steps existing in an inner circumference of a fluid flow path comprising a pipe and a tube connected with each other, and reduce the number of components of a pipe coupling device for connecting the pipe and the tube.SOLUTION: A pipe coupling device 4 for connecting a pipe 6 with an elastically deformable tube 3 includes: a first annular member 11 fixed to a first end 3A in an axial direction of the tube and having the pipe inserted therein a second annular member 12 with the tube inserted therein and a fixture 13 for fixing the second annular member to the pipe. The second annular member includes an annular body part 21 disposed oppositely to the first annular member and the axial direction at the second end side of the tube in the axial direction from the first annular member.
