PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an M-CSF-specific monoclonal antibody, and use thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses the RX1-based monoclonal antibody specific to an M-CSF or an antibody derived from an RX-1, and a pharmaceutical composition containing such antibody, a kit including the pharmaceutical composition, and a method for preventing or treating reduction of a bone mass in a subject affected with an osteoblastic disease or an osterolystic disease, or for allowing reshaping in the subject.
