PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence for transfer regulation of sea urchins regulating transfer of sea urchins for a long time and to provide an apparatus using the same for culturing sea urchins and an invasion regulating apparatus for sea urchins.
SOLUTION: The invention relates to the fence for transfer regulation of sea urchins comprising a horizontal base plate almost perpendicularly installed on the upper part of the fence body, and multiple needle like articles hung down from the horizontal base plate almost parallelly to the fence body, and the apparatus using the same for culture of sea urchins, in which the fences for transfer regulation of sea urchins are installed to surround a predetermined area as connected each other setting the needle like articles inside.
