PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of irradiating a subject with X rays of proper quality by using a proper filter corresponding to pipe voltage changing in dual energy photographing.SOLUTION: A power supply control part controls pipe voltage so as to repeat operation for outputting second voltage for a second period after outputting first voltage for a first period. A rotary filter body 22 has a first filter 51a and a second filter 51b mutually different in X-ray transmission characteristics and a rotary body 52 in which the first and second filters 51a and 51b are alternately arranged along a rotary direction so as to cross the irradiation axis of the X rays emitted by an X-ray tube 21.
