The outer pressing mechanisms (650) press, among the regions formed in the predetermined wave shape, outer end regions (OT) which include the outer ends (32e) of the leg gathers (32) and to which an adhesive agent has not been applied. The blade section is disposed on the inner sides, in the intersection direction, of the outer end regions (OT) pressed by the outer pressing mechanisms (650).
