PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable wheelchair enabling compactification compared to a conventional one, and facilitating a folding operation.SOLUTION: A wheelchair is so configured that a fixed state is released by one of frames configuring the wheelchair pulling a wire connected with a fixing pin on both ends, and the frame is rotated in the height direction so as to rotate the other frame in the height direction in cooperation with the frame and enable folding in the height direction. The fixing pin which projects to the outside of a storage part by urging means such as a compression spring is pushed back, when returning from a folded state to a use state, to the storage part by an inclining member provided near a hole with which the fixing pin of the frame is engaged with, and is engaged by being urged in a direction of the engagement hole when passing a position of the engagement hole.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来よりも、コンパクト化が可能で、しかも、折りたたみの操作が簡略な、折りたたみ可能な車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】 車椅子を構成するフレームの一つが、両端に固定用ピンが接続されたワイヤを引くことにより、固定状態が解除され、当該フレームを高さ方向に回動させることにより、他のフレームが当該フレームと連動して、高さ方向に回動し、高さ方向に折りたたむことが可能となるように、車椅子を構成する。固定用ピンは、圧縮バネなどの付勢手段で、収納部の外側に突出すようになっているが、折りたたみ状態から使用状態に復帰する際に、当該フレームの固定用ピンが嵌合する穴の近傍に設けられた傾斜部材により、収納部に押し戻され、嵌合穴の位置を通過する際に嵌合穴の方向に付勢され、嵌合する構造とする。【選択図】図1
