In addition, the size adjustable bandage set comprises: a scrolled gauze； an adhesive which adheres the gauze to wound part by being spread on the gauze； a case main body which includes an inner accommodation space where the gauze can be accommodated, an accommodation unit formed in one side, a withdrawal unit in which an end of the scrolled gauze can be withdrawn, and a tube accommodation unit in which an adhesive tube with the adhesive can be accommodated； an accommodation door which opens and closes the accommodation unit； a withdrawal door which opens and closes the withdrawal unit and the tube accommodation unit； and a gauze cut member which is installed in front corner of the withdrawal unit.
