This present investigation is related with metered dose inhalation formulations and manufacturing process. The active pharmaceutical ingredient can be beta-2 agonists, corticosteroids, or combined of them. The inhalation formulations are homogenized suspension with hydrofluoroalkane propellant, and minimal amount of ethanol and polyetheleneglycol as suspending and particle size modifying agents.本發明係關於製備定量噴霧吸入劑之處方組成及製程,其處方組成主成分可為乙二型協同劑、皮質類固醇或是兩種的組合。其處方製備成為均勻懸浮劑型,以氫氟烷(HFA)為推進劑及少量酒精、聚乙二醇(PEG)作為助懸劑及粒徑修正劑。
