PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugate capable of maintaining an electrical connection between an air electrode and a power collection part for a long time, a solid oxide fuel cell and an aqueous electrolytic device including the conjugate, and a manufacturing method of the conjugate.SOLUTION: In the conjugate, a fuel electrode, a solid electrolytic layer and the air electrode are formed in this order and the air electrode and the power collection part are connected by a junction layer. The junction layer includes a core part and a surface layer containing a conductive spinel type oxide and contains a core inclusion particle that is disposed to conduct the air electrode and the power collection part.
